Smoked Gammon:We take the most select parts of the ham and cure them for more than 2 weeks without adding water. This gammon has a light beech smoke flavour.
Traditional Gammon: We use only the choicest parts of the leg and give them a mild but traditional cure. The result – A succulent gammon that is never too salty.
